Thanks to JohnLuke, I could finally get that Dirty Drive Tuning for both my Rasp and my Rattaconda, making the latter a more serious player in the refuelling department

Strange thing though that he dropped 8 units of Micro-Wave Cooling Hoses, I scooped them all, but only three turned up in my cargo hold -- the first batch John Luke dropped.

I know it's basic, but sure you didn't scoop to fast, and crunched the containers?

As for handovers, I personally donlike the dump one, limpet fetch, repeat.
Or you can go down to a surface and use srv's and do the "poop&scoop".

Well the rolls were average I guess. Though I have no experience with DDT up until now. My Rattaconda runs at 350 boost/roughly <300 max speed now.

Might well be ... though it would be strange: I approached them as I always approach containers, all in the blue and it said "Cargo acquired". Usually, this is no issue at all, even if the container is still drifting while scooping it. The Asp has a wide gaping throat when it comes to scooping up stuff.
Even if the retrieval message was indeed wrong or the containers had been crunched somehow at low speed ... we did it in three steps: First dropping 4, than 2x 2 containers. The 4-container drop was quite "crowded", so there might have happened a crunch, but the pairs of 2 shouldn't have been any issue.

Thats why we always do ground transfers. Space transfers are to buggered, even with Limpets. Buggy to Buggy, even then not a guarantee.

Found a mission for 4 Micro Weaves at Deciat just by accident. But couldn't find those Rebel Transmissions yet, even with some Encoded USSes ... some cruising to do there.
