Hey all!

I'm DuskCrane and I've been playing Elite since I purchased it on Xbox Game Preview. I actually heard about Mobius just in passing from a rather funny youtube clip about the Engineers update.

I enjoy PvE in most games and realized this place sounds like the best way to enjoy the game with other people but without the risk of PKs and PKKs. I've been saving up for a Fer-de-Lance but mostly just do Nav Beacon bounties and Data Courier missions in my Imp Eagle.

My tag on Xbox is DuskCrane431 and I try to play Thursday and Friday since those are my days off. I'm on the East Coast of the USA but not sure when the best timezone would be for me, yet.

I'm Cmdr Wulf Colbeck in game, and I shouldn't like this game, yet I do

Playing Elite D is a big departure from the instant content and story heavy stuff I usually play. Yet I think its the slow pace and lack of story that I like. The slow pace lets you appreciate the surroundings of the game that usually you ignore, and lack of 'story' isn't a bad thing when one isn't imposed on you, so you can create your own.

Still, I do find it hard to get into, but then I have to respect the scope of what's being tried in the form of the game.

Hi there,

Cmdr Arty Hoppenstedt here and enormously happy to have found Mobius (I understand why not Möbius, but why not at least Moebius?).

I almost never played Open, as I was afraid of other, more powerful players and griefers. I only had few bad experiences, but when seeing a □ or especially a △ on the radar gives you a bad feeling, it's not as it supposed to be.

When I play with Mobius, I get a good feeling when seeing other Commanders, thanks for that and o7 to all.

PS: And sorry Cmdr Meglomat (or whatever your name was), I shot only at you because I hit my mouse when picking up the tea mug Also, it barely scratched you
