Wishing I Had not run out of hard drive space for a video......

A-Team have just carried out an epic rescue.....

Of my arse......

Gunning across the surface to a downed ship.....And the ground fell away.....

Managed to get out in the end though......



Guess what......No interdictions because he forgot to actually buy the fecking cargo.....

Sheesh.....

Yet again we did laugh though.......

Then made him fly back to get the shite....

What was more important? Saving yer arse or some engineers shit?

Oh yeah, we saved you AFTER I went back and picked up the things. Still no interdictions though except for the one that ended in a connection error.

I do have video of the final part of the rescue and will try to get it uploaded today.

And I blame the lack of food and many many Heinekens.

One thing for sure, no matter what happens with patches and bugs, this game is always interesting when the Team gets together.

And I decided my Courier sucks when combined with my flying skillz.

Class 3 Dirty Drive and Class 4 FSD upgrades from Felicity tonight.
The usual mix of RNG good, bad and ugly.

Heat and power are now my issues, and higher module weights negating some of the jump range increase.

This is with a Class 1 overcharged power plant, Class 1 Weapons Focussed Distributer, Class 2 reinforced shields and more heavy duty shield boosters than you can shake a stick at.

Just as they fix the DC, mine breaks.
Seems it cant get used to a Cutter manouvering better than a brick due to the Class 3 Dirty Drives.

Planning to do some engineer updates to Groundskeeper Willie, but not yet decided on the drive tuning. Clean vs dirty. That huge thermal load addition is scary on the dirty one. And since it is random, I'm sure to get the max thermal load addition. Leaning a bit on the clean side right now.
Also waiting for a patch to the client crash problem, after the last patch I've crashing to desktop way too often.

Poor RNG rolls seem to be my speciality.

The Class 3 dirty roll was not good, but I only had enough stuff for one roll, and decided to give it a try rather than throwing away.

+10% power draw increase
-15% Integrity
+55% thermal load
-3% optimal mass
all for +13% optimal multiplier

+10 power draw on the most power hungry ship system is not good, and the Cutter is quite good for dealing with thermal load, some ships may cook themselves just taking off with that...

Will gather the missing bits for another roll, or maybe try my luck on the Class 3 Clean

This is the second time my poor Vulture Hull got smack down to 4 % but made it back again, have to like the twice shield SC recharge rate.
