Well, I usually don't blame the game for my connectivity issues, because my 1999-era (cutting edge 30Mbps fibre in '99, still the same today) Internet has serious latency issues. That said, I was always surprised how well it could work on hotel Internet, although I'd tether if it really became issue.

If you've ever winged with me, it can be comical at times. ;)

The station is not named after you, but your 100 year old daughter.

Yep, that's what I do when it looks like I'm going to lose. If you let it go too far, without submitting, you're spun and the cool down is much longer.

Still teaching tricks to the Barnacle on Merope 5C to get my favourite parking spot back:

As you can see, this barnacle has already learned "jump". It also learned "grow spikes back" and "spawn sentry skimmers". The latter were taught "roll over and die" in reasonably short order.

I use an Internet fail-over Router and the other ISP connection kicked in when the main ISP signal broke somewhere a disconnect occurred probably my end which is usually the case. I've only been successfully twice flying in a Wing and that was months ago the other attempts we could not see each other ships just a marker like < >. It was when I first started, my first close up look at his Python in my Sidewinder only had a few credit coins, I was so jealous. So I do not have a lot of Wing experience and may make a mistake by shooting you. I shot the sheriff and the deputy before. Oops! WANTED.

Correct, because unless you have an AS (Wikipedia) and get the same IP for the new connection, the server isn't going to see your connection as coming from the same IP, as your ISPs issue different ones. Fail-over Internet connections are really only for stateless connections, as any established connections will have issues with the IP change.

Currently looking for ways to rank up (Fed or Empire - doesn't matter, whichever I don't choose will only follow on next after I've maxed out).

Seems like every single mission is Rep++ Inf++

Does +++ exist anywhere?

If you continue to talk about all of these great engineer upgrades, I'm going to be forced to start the grind myself to get some of the goodies.

Stop the madness!!! :P
