Engineers - how to get introduction to Marco Qwent?

Help guys? I am allied to Sirius Corp and I have the Sirius permit. I have the information about Qwent in my engineers tab with unknown location but I can't get an invite from him. Any ideas?

Qwent is actually on one of the planets in Sirius. Once you complete the Mission for the Sirius permit head to Sirius. There you will get another mission for the Marco Qwent invite. Complete mission. The RNGineer market will then appear on the map in Sirius.

I just arrived at Sirius and kept re-logging until Sirius Corp gave up the mission.

Now... where to find more Modular Terminals. A few of the missions at Avik gave them...

I spent roughly 3 days getting the elusive Mod terminals to unlock him but I wasn't trying to push it and was quite content running missions from Sothis/Ceos and picking them up when it was available.

For now, I'm running missions from Luyten's Star... got another 4...
