I feel you, only downsides of Vulture are poor power plant and weak canopy.

True, Vulture for power in a fight I have to do a lot of pip adjusting, more than anything I have flown so far, but sit it is an animal and once tamed "it will kill"!
For sure the dang canopy is very weak and I am rethinking my hull reinforcement, I may try something else in that slot.

I did jump out of it and back in my Cobra III for a while to do the "Onionhead" CG, the Cobra just makes me smile to fly, slippery and fast!

The PIP adjusting you need to learn to fight a Vulture comes in very handy with any ship you fly - even if it just saves you SCBs.

yes this ship really has amazed me that I could take on a kill an NPC Dangerous Python and get no damage to my hull and didn't lose a full ring on my shields! I just worked the pips and stayed on his 6, it was a long and satisfying fight.
Thinking I was the ghost of Richthofen I took on a NPC Elite Fer-de-Lance, I got beat up a lot when I got out of position, (he was flying very well) That was an intense fight! I won but at 60% hull and a broken canopy, time to run not walk to a dock.

And a big thanks for everyone on this forum and there ideas on ship setups!

Today I have had my ship destroyed twice.

Last night I traveled 170ly in my FAS for a wing, figured I could take a faster way back by means of a u-haul.

Well that didn't work.
As soon as I jump into my home system I get interdicted by a PP npc. As I'm a non shielded stripped down hauler that ends in the predictable manner.
Inow a rebuy screen.
Second attempt I get interdicted hallways there but evades it. Only to get killed again in my home system...
Third time I figured I should have just gone with the FAS to begin with.
This time, no interdictions. .

Now all i need is some money....

But since im now planning to make my Anaconda a trader i can get pretty much all A-rated modules from there.

Man... that stinks, TorTorden. I almost suffered the same fate recently in a hauler, and I had shields. (D rated, but still). When you're used to flying well equipped ships, it's shocking to see how fast an eagle or cobra can take out an ill equipped ship.

Now all i need is some money....

Nah its not so bad. Just a little annoying since it wasn't that many jumps I saved on the trip with the hauler to begin with.

Thanks, but yestersday i actually hit Rear Admiral rank. I have had Elite rank for a while now
