Grats JL Now how long have you been in the "Black"? I will be at 550 million come Thursday, nipping at your heels. But to be fair I don't own the ships that you do and I don't know if I ever will as Elite is on a low ebb for me right now.

Thanks Black Rose. I've been playing E-D since it came out.... in January 2015, and have 1010 hours invested in the game. Shhh... don't tell my wife, okay?

I'm sure that others have hit the $1billion mark much faster than I have. I don't chase profits all of the time. There are some days in the game that I just putter around in an SRV, or hop around from one BB mission to another and barely make any money. For me, the game play is all about doing what I want to do right now. Whether that's BH, trading, participating in a CG, doing a ground assault at Cubeo, or just sitting in SC chatting with a friend half way across the world and not really playing at all. If I had fun, that's all that matters in the end.

Flying my Keelback deep in Aisling territory. This ship has become my go-to craft for trade, smuggling, planetary exploration and PP stuff. Thought my Viper4 would fill that role but the Keelback has many advantages when you have to lump all those activities together.

The only thing I haven't tried is undermining, which means basically pulling down a hostile ship from hypercruise and taking it out. The Viper4 should be better at that.
