The whole 30/40/50 is dependent on your powers ranking in regards to other powers.
Say I pledge with ALD, gain rank two, I get 20% extra in bounty kills unless I male rank 5 and get the 100%
If ALD reaches the top three the rank two bonus gains an additional 10% from third place and up giving 50% for rank two if she makes the top slot.
Gaining rank three and four has no effect on this bonus.
Some data suggest getting rank 5 gets you both bonuses inow, get rank 5 for ALD and you get 120 % of normal bounty value but this I'm not so sure about.
The AD influence bonuses are automatic from what I"ve read, it's the equivalent of ALD's bounty kill bonuses and goes up 10/15/20% from ranks 2-5. The benefit kicks in when we"re trying to flip a system in AD space to our advantage, it helps one get to allied status faster to get more bang out of the missions & mission types given.
ALD bonuses work too , as do that of DP which are very similar to what ALD has. Zemina Torval's bonuses I"m not familiar with but I"m sure those can benefit the expansion push in one way or the other. What I'd really like to see is some guide that can help OOM supporters use their PP bonuses & benefits in a way that benefits Azrael.
Obviously, I"m biased in favor of my power faction though I steer away from the drama & toxicity of reddit - I just pick fortification targets and pick the ones that make sense from the perspective of OOM/Azrael.
