That is good news! Still, I am a little confused about the fact this war is not over. We are more than 10% ahead and double the influence of the opponent. Shouldn't we have won this war several days ago?

Winning this war is about the number of bonds handed in. If two wings are operating in the CZ and hitting the same targets only one of those wings gets the bond. It would be far better to split into your private groups and optimise the bond count.

Should be at the war zone again by 1400 GMT. Will run some PP missions first before that - I don't want to neglect my faction.

Practically no faction is offering war missions at the moment.

With so many players in the Exioce system it probably wouldn't make much difference if there were war missions as the cap on the amount of progress a faction can make in a tick will be reached without the bonus of a mission boost.
