Currently mission rep grinding for the Cutter.

Have taken my Asp out of the mothball fleet at Shinrarta, and it is doing OK.

Every station I visit I take a mission, and am moving around like the littlest hobo

Also using my new replaced Thrustmaster TFlightX Hotas, the old one finally gave up 2 days ago. Lasted since Alpha, but had to constantly steer to go in a straight line, and rotate and pitch down to go up.

I've been hanging around Dahan and taking part in both of the CGs there. I saw a number of Mobius CMDRs there, and even got a few responses when I said hello.

I made a rookie mistake and forgot to empty my hold before dropping into a nearby Compromised Nav Beacon. I started scanning someone nearby, then saw about a dozen ships all broadcast "I'll take you on for what's in your hold."

AAAAAAAAAH. Boost - boost - retract hard points - hyper space - dammit - $#!^ - no destination selected! Select destination - align to target - jump. Whew. I lost about 20% of my hull and will need to replace my flight suit and seat cushion, but survived.

When I got back to Dahan I dropped into the station, but it was apparently painted with invisibility paint.



Neither the invisible station nor the cops showed up in my Contacts list. I went back to SC and dropped again, same thing. Very strange. I decided to head down to the planet and fortunately that was still there.

When they first appeared in Beta I thought....Oh that's new and dropped in with a cargo of 80 tons of palladium.....

Whole scanner turned into a white flashy thingy.......

The battle testing will commence when I get home from work today.

This is my setup so far. I was using 3 beams on the huge & large hardpoints, and 4 multi-cannons on the medium and small, but so far the 7 pulse are working a little better IMO. The jump range stinks, but other than that.... the Vette is awesome!

Once I get more seat time in the ship, I may try the two huge PA and pulse combo.

I have pulses in my Vette too. Beams increase heat too much and draw too much power.

We want C4 Pulses!

Me? I am heading towards Fehu economical route again but from a different side. Need 4% more for Pioneer and this is my goal for THIS year 62 jumps to go...
