Arh I was looking for the name of the system today to visit. But could not for the life of me remember where I had seen it. I found a Compromised Nav Beacon out in Aerial which is very close to Azrael as well.

Thanks for the tip, Telengo! Once you mentioned Aerial, I realized that I hve been there once. I lost a Python in that CNB shortly after 1.4 came out. I probably intentionally wiped the name of that system from memory after that event. ;)

I've learned a few things since then, and enjoy CNB's now. I still prefer Haz-Res for bigger payouts, but the CNB provide a pretty steady flow of targets. Let me know if you want to wing up sometime for some pew pew!

Thanks again for the wing last night, Lion. It was good to work with someone at the CNB. I didn't have to watch the ship info for 'wing' status nearly as diligently with another Python by my side. ;)

YeaMon, that was a blast!

- With 2 combat Pythons & 2 decent pilots, even 'condas melted away like snowflakes in August

I do prefer CNBs over Haz-Rez, not only for the lack of rocks but also for the number & quality of targets. Twice we 'cleared the board' entirely!

Only 6% to go to Dangerous for yer Lion now. I'll prob hit that today if I'm lucky.

CNB? A bit of searching resulted 'Corrupted Nav Beacon', but I don't remember ever seeing one in the game
I play on PC, in the Mobius PVE Eurasia group.

Officially 'Compromised' not 'Corrupted', but yeah they're the dogs' danglies for combat fun - IF you have the ship & the skills.

There are 2 reported so far in close proximity to Azrael - Coastakal & Ariel.

My 'top tips' would be:

DO NOT have any cargo on board when you enter - you'll be swarmed before you know it.

&

ALWAYS scan before engaging - watch out for neutrals & strong wings.

Handed in about 1mil+ cr worth of exploration data at Azrael and my explorer's rank didn't even budge. I've been at 20% Pathfinder for months.

As an aside. Got intradicted by Roger Wilco. Sorry Roger Wilco Jr, had to blow that guy away. Gave me some good credits. The funny people you meet in solo... Hmmm...

No worries. Shame I missed you guys. I will be around there as and when in my new Python trying to rank up kills and money.

I am interested to know how you guys say you make more money in a Haz Res? I find when I go there I end up 99km from the actually target and don't see anybody for over 20 minutes. Yet dropping into the Compromised Nav there are already 20+ ships milling about , and I get scan after scan after scan. Which means blown up NPC after blown up NPC.

Guess I need to put more honey on the ship. :D

Yeah, I agree.

More kills in less time in CNBs - thus plenty of rewards, esp if you take the time to KWS. 'Condas usually get me 375k each :D

I'll be back there in a coupla hours, just need another 4% for Dangerous now.
