He did get shot - I got behind him in my Conda when he was fighting in the CZ and opened up with my 8 turrets 
Most satisfying! He chaffed and took off, then high waked when the other guys dropped in to chase him. I couldn't catch him with my old bus 
I enjoyed it, I'm sure he did too. I just wish they would keep it in Open, going into a private group just to inflict yourself on the members says all I need to know about people like that.
