Ta, that gives me something to check. I've seen something with a different app in the past where the 'sleep' has made a vb.net app go to sleep and not wake up properly. I shall do some testing round that.

Indeed. If I could give the option for a larger font I would........ :D

On a side note it occurred this evening that it might be useful to have the option to rename using the creation date rather than the current one. This was after being asked to move the 1500 odd photos off our main camera to the PC and thinking just how annoying that could be if you had to go by name alone. So, I've added that as well and it's working through those 1500 pics now and then I'll try some old screenshots from E : D. I can't get the system name but a date would be better than nothing. Anyone see a want/need to have the in game date (year 330-whatever)?

I'll take that as a yes then :) I'll add the in game date/time as an option as well then.

My bunch of 1500 odd photo's all converted and renamed perfectly in about 50 minutes.

The capitalization on system name is working as well (use %S instead of %s in the expression).

For other input video formats - I've had a search but it looks like I can go as far as renaming but converting would be a real pain. I would need to go with using an external tool to do it and I don't want to tie-in with something else. So, I'll add the option for the video renaming for AVI's and leave it at that.

I'll sort all that over the weekend and then put a new version up.

New version there now available that has the system capitalization, renaming for .avi files, bugfix for Flip's issue with it not finding the logfile and extra date/time options.

Only thing to do now is to stick to one way of spelling capitalisation. Never been good at that.

Nice.

As far as capitalization, I say go All Upper Case as it does in the game.

UPDATE: Seems the new version does not remember the settings when I choose In Game Date. Each time I re-open settings it has reverted.

That bit's fine. It's my spelling of the word "capitalization" that's the issue :D

I'll take a look.

UPDATE: Sorted (I think). It had my brain hurting there for a while as the code looked right, it was down to the order that .net does things when it's creating the window. I've updated the zip file.
