Did not feel like exploring so I went out killing NPCs and getting Bounties. 7M Cr and now Deadly + 10% towards Elite. Long way to go still.

Highest I've seen in a RES is deadly, CZs are a better bet, which is a shame because I don't really like CZs, ah well it'll be a long road to Elite

I decided to get in on this community goal at Cemiess, since I'm trading near there anyway, but I'd foolishly sold most of the exploration data I'd gathered around there before accepting the mission. (I've never done a CG before.)

So I moved my Asp from the Kelin Samba system to its new home in Rafferty's Mobius, collecting exploration data the whole way. Made about 190k on it, which is less than I usually get in a single trade, and peanuts compared to most of the explorers around here, but I had accepted the CG mission this time, so it actually counted towards that, and I think that's a pretty good number for exploring in systems in the heart of the empire. I'm honestly surprised I'm even able to get exploration data there. Definitely going to have to head further afield to catch up to Victoria.

So yeah, my home is Azrael now. Ready for this player faction thing to happen.
