Currently in the Vulture with a tragic jump range. trying to make sure I don't get stranded somewhere in the deep!

Flying back to harts field to get my cobra, I can not handle the vulture at all

Just spent some time recovering from losing 464 tons of gold and a 5-6 million insurance bill. No idea what hit me, it was definitely an npc, but it quickly hit me hard and enough to stop me jumping out, no chance to do anything other than, accept the loss. ahh well. I'm back up to 141 mill assets now, so back to saving for the conda.

wow, i hope you give the Vulture another try at some stage - she is a real gem. i love the Cobra myself, but for just fighting and nothing else, the Vulture is superior

Traveled about 12K ly and am currently heading back to home base. Hope that I get enough money to buy a couple of new ships

Sold the Asp and bought a Type 7, thinking I'll re-buy the Asp when I get an urge to explore. The Type 7 is nearly fully upgraded now (just the grade 'A' thrusters and grade 'A' shields to get).

So that's my Vulture for 'pew pew', and my Type 7 for 'cha ching'

Running trades on the border of Fed and Empire space at the moment.

EDIT: Decided not to go all 'A Grade' and concentrate on jump range instead (with a little defensive capability).
