I have been playing mainly in solo and dipping my fingers into open on occaision and whilst I do enjoy seeing the other players around I was finding an increasing attitude of you are in open so you MUST fight me. I do not aspire to PvP and much prefer cooperating against the game.

I am sure I will find a good home for that here

Wiblflibl here (on forums and in-game). I'm a 55yo retired former programmer, played Elite on Acorn Electron (Deadly), Atari ST (Deadly) and PC (Elite, at last).

Currently flying an Asp Explorer without weapons, 1,115ly from Sol and heading that-a-way with no set target in mind. Hull is currently at 98% so it might be some time before I head back to inhabited space. I might see you then!

I am CMDR Stephen Wyngarde in game.

I am also pleased to meet you all. I am relatively new to the Elite franchise, although I'd heard about it off and on as being venerable in its various incarnations. I mostly have experience in Chris Roberts Wing Commander series, as well as X-Wing and Tie Fighter respectively.

So far, I am most impressed with what Frontier has to offer and I look forward to seeing more of what this universe has to offer alongside my new fellows in Mobius. I am Alliance sympathetic and as of this initial post flying a Viper with an eye towards smuggling and fighting piracy and especially combating slavery. I am currently haunting the region roughly near Alioth.

Anyways, now that the wing update is out I'd really like to team up with y'all and have some fun I'm currently working on my Empire ranks and thus are to be found in empire space (Nehet <-> Iota Hydri atm). Currently I'm flying an FDL, because ...how can you not x)

CMDR Tigorath reporting in. I'm a Jack of all trades and primarily into exploration and through this I have amassed a nice sum of credits to further my endeavors which now go into bounty hunting.
Throughout my travels I have seen a lot of things both wierd, disturbing and rather wonderful and taken a lot of screenshots should I ever need to put my money where my mouth is.
I can mostly be found around LHS 3564 in Froude Enterprises ( Proud to be Froude ) unless I am on deep space exploration ( just returned from my last trip which was mind blowing ). So if anyone in Mobius needs a hand, a wingman or someone just to chat to then hit me up.

I've mainly been doing trading and exploration, but I've got the taste for blood and am active in combat since 1.2 was released. I'm really enjoying playing in wings with other group members, it's so much fun. Currently in the Lugh system doing the community goal.

Current home base is Nandjabinja as I started trading there when I started the game. I couldn't move even if I wanted as it's where my 8 ships are stored. Well I had to spend all those "seeking luxuries" credits somewhere

I've been active on Team Speak since I joined the group and I'm sure that many will recognize me from there.
