I have the Permit, but I keep seeing it being offered at Herchel in Sifjar.

I think I will head out to Facese tonight as it seems the Mobius Platform fight isn't working, it's gone up again to 3.8% despite efforts being made by a number of us, doesn't make sense.

Commander Coutts has highlighted that the free citizens of His Majestic Empire in Facece are currently at War with rebels in the system.

In light of this I encourage you all to head to Facece and assist wherever possible.

I do, however, have another task that I would like a volunteer to undertake.

Mobius has informed us that there are 12 Stations that carry the Mobius name. I have carried out a quick survey and found that 2 of these Stations are in a similar position to the one in Sifjar, where they are in the possesion of Independent Factions.

More concerning however, is that there are 5 Stations that I can get no information on, apart from that they reside in Imperial Systems. The Galaxy Map has no System Information and INARA is also incomplete in listing what is at these Systems.

I ask that a volunteer takes his ship out to survey these systems and if possible update INARA and The Blood Serpents on the current Status of these Systems and Stations.

It's not an ascension mission, but it's given to you not long after you successfully got one rank higher. I don't remember at which point I got the permit to Facece, but since it's the last one I've got, that must have been somewhere between Baron and Earl. That being said, I have no idea if the permits are given in fixed or random order.
