I really adore this game, but despise the emphasis some people put on the PvP aspect. As a veteran, I much prefer a "protect and serve" style gameplay, and from what I have read this group is all about that.

Hi there, I'm CMDR SpaceTufty. I played the original in '84 on my Acorn, as well as Frontier (I still have the theme tune in my head!).
Elite:Danergous is simply amazing... I've worked my way up to a Cobra trading Rares and doing missions for the Alliance. My home is Lave, but am currently exploring in the Pleiades.

Good morning Cmdr's I trust all is well.

Cmdr Halo Moon at your service. Whilst I am based in the UK you may find me boosting far to quickly out of a station or perhaps coming down too hard on the landing pad at various stations

I have been playing the missions for both Fed and Empire and have Ranks Lieutenant and Viscount, I am currently in empire space trying to get the final ranks done. I am currently friendly with both these major factions but hope that I will soon be ally

My current elite status are:- Novice/broker/scout

I have enjoyed all of the ships so far \0/ with the viper being my favourite combat ship.

I have not spent any real time playing as an explorer but that is on the to-do-list (I want to see a super massive black hole

Manny here, joined when found out about you guys as random commanders in game are now no-longer to be trusted, far to many hackers in game, lost my brand new Asp while docking in Lave to a player invulnerable to the stations fire while firing infinite dumb fires at me. So three months work was obliterated in an instant (I can't play ALL the time, why 3 months).

I'm a trader at heart but I do like a bit of PVE combat from time to time so my asp is equipped for both light trade and PVE.
Happy to provide escort for people that are running anarchy system's with shieldless type6 etc. ( for a small price)

I don't like the way standard open play is headed, too many griefers sitting outside the rare trade stations waiting to cause hassle, plus the increased reports of hacking is a concern - Lave is just ruined by them.

At least this group is moderated and hackers can and will be ejected, I like knowing that.
