Day 9 - Still around my starting systems. Half time carrying gold and running a couple of easy missions with the Hauler. The other half bounty hunting with the Eagle now well kitted. Got a couple of Sideys, some Eagles and two Adders. Found an Anaconda with 50K bounty, didn't have the guts to go for it alone...
Saw one Cmdr on radar while on SC to Ackermann Market to cash my bounties, no contact.

I am doing Bulletin Board missions to earn credits, with the occasional run to Diso for Diso ma corn (my home system is LAWD 80). This is a very long run for me right now but the profit was pretty good. I am about to purchase my next ship (currently in a Hauler) which is a Lakon Type 6, should be able to start making some serious credits now, I hope. Might try bounty hunting after I buy a fighter ship later, not sure yet.

Once you have 1 million a half extra, you can easily switch to the lakon and max your cargo capacity. I sold my cobra.
I now have 96 ton space fully loaded with rare items. This is my first round and now just over midway selling and buying and already 800000 profits. Now docked in HIP 59553 in the border region of the colonized systems. From now on flying back to the center of the colonized systems.

Still can maximize my jumpdistance by replacing components by more D-rated components and buying an better rated frame shift drive.

Thanks for the reply Esraven, and the link. I will certainly look more into the T6 to make money quicker, might try and save up enough to buy the T6 outright. Since I have put about 4 A class parts on the Cobra now, and I am kind of attached to it. LOL Tempted to even go and look at the Tenche system for the Luxury selling.

Home is currently the Avalon system was nipping in & out of CD53 were there were two conflict zones picking up plenty of combat bonds and bounties for the CD53 Partners against the CD53 Raiders. Today it's all changed its now got a lot of "Seeking Luxuries" hanging around and no conflict zones
The performance enhancers can be found in Avalon but the profit margin is less than 1k per ton, have done 2 runs in a 34 ton Cobra but I got bored. Took up navel mission to hunt down a rouge General and boost my rank in the imperial navy, tried this once before and got the imperial clipper down to 20% but she rammed me and.......... Poof. This time fitted a shield cell and a rail gun with beams took him down only using 2 shield cells.

Love this game just because I can do what I want when I want where I want ...... When the missus lets me

Well took the advise, and got myself a T6. Picked one up over at the Tenche system (easier to fly over in a Cobra with a 22 jump).

Where I got my first experience of ramming NPC's, lost a fully loaded T6 while trying to exit the station. And then got hit again when I got a new one by a Cobra but just damage the second time. And finally saw fellow commanders...woo hoo.

I thought i would make use of my Sol permit and go have a look at the Solar System, WTF have they done to Mars?? Fekkin Feds screwing up the Red Planet!

Had a quick scoot around the planets, but quickly got bored and the feeling of oppression coming off all those Fed stations was enough for me.

Can't see me going back any time soon....
