I have been making trips back and forth from the old to the new bubble and exploring for so long, I forgot how to use chat in game....

I had a commander spot me leaving Petersen's and I could not remember how to reply????

Will some fill me in please?

This. Type something in the chat panel for general broadcast message or /r to start a reply.
