Hi everyone, I have been playing Elite since the old games and E:D since November. I have been around the TS server very offen and found in the group a very happy and funny bunch of people.
Really enjoying the group.

Unfortunately I just registered on the forums to discuss about a commander on our group bending the conflict zone rules so he could grieve other commanders with impunity.

Going silent running with a armored tank FAS PvP build, joining the other side on the Community goal, picking only commanders, and only commanders with low hull, and leaving the conflict zone until another CMDR appears. Is not fair game.
Then he got back in the CZ, Firing at our wing, and as soon as he was at 50% hull and I had a dual torpedo lock on him, he went neutral so i could not fire back. (I aways check my targets before i fire).

He was firing at commanders silent running so he would not show up on radar and if I had shot those torpedoes at him he would have reported me for firing at his "neutral" ship!!!!! Thats why he was standing still in front of me, He knew i´d not break the rules!
Unfortunately I didn't took a screenshot of that torpedo lock showing him neutral. But i do have a screen shot of his commander name.

Everyone on TS that wanted to play in the CG had to leave the area, or be shot in the back.

I really believe he broke at least two rules.

It is not allowed to exit and enter a warzone in rapid succession for the sole purpose of targeting other players.
It is not allowed to attack another player while being neutral.

(He was waiting outside the CZ and only joined after another commander went in)
(He fired at me while neutral, or at least he went neutral after he fired at me)

We had a full wing and 10 other people that were on TS server and all can confirm the story.
I hoped to see a forum post about this but since none else posted it, I just had to let you all know about this incident.
We don´t need that kind of backstabber PvPer on our group.

Note: I´m a very honest person and make mistakes too but that commander was actively grieving people.
I confess I did had an accident inside the station in the Slave Liberation community goal last month and hit another fellow commander by accident on my way out of the station with my Imp. Clipper. If he ever reads this I´m really sorry and if you send me a private message I will reimburse any loss you had at the time.

I am very sorry to hear about this unfortunate incident, but I see you have reported official via PM and I can assure you it will be dealt with appropriately (I also believe you have been asked a follow up question, so if you could respond to that via PM if you haven't already that would be great).

Please feel free to add your name to the In game friends list thread, and check out our TeamSpeak servers to easily chat with, and possibly wing up with other commanders.

Xebeth, thx for the welcome, I´ve already replied to the PM that the moderation team send me, I´m around the TS server quite often, I´m pledged to Pranav Antal and around Polevnic, but go around Order Of mobius Space from time to time, and will help out the order when possible. Had been around the Exioce war on last few days.
