ED Goals for the Holiday Period?

Do you have any in-game goals for the holiday period, is that next rank tantalisingly within reach, have you been lustfully flicking through the latest Core Dynamics or Gutamaya brochure?

Or are you getting disapproving noises from better halves, and just getting a few hours of play time is the best that can be expected?

I'll start 1) Reach Duke (only a couple of % to go), 2) Reach combat Elite (49% to go, so harder to get), 3) make it through the holiday period with my testicles still attached

Am tempted to head back to to Sag A or just pick a direction anywhere and go. Went to Barnard's Loop and now heading for California Nebula. I would like my first Elite to be Explorer.

2. Make it to Pioneer (18% to go)

Not so important goals:
1. Make it to Lord (29% to go)
2. Buy the Corvette (still thinking of it)

For the Lion, this is just an ordinary fortnite, nothing special.

- Although I will be having a quiet, personal observance of the Solstice this evening.

In-game, I'm not close to any 'progress markers' so I'll just be doing the usual - dispatching bad guys. Only difference is, I'm gonna start taking a few dips into 'Open'. TBT, I'm curious as to whether I'm a good enuff combat pilot to go up against other humans yet. (But only 'wanted', expert+ & in a reasonable ship )

With no sign of the BGS changing to the point where actively supporting the Order is a good use of my time, the BB still ... let's say 'not what we'd hoped' & increasing boredom with popping NPCs, what choice is there?

Well being on disabillity the holidays are usually much lighter on game time than "usual" so no real goals for me.
I tend to be slightly more present when the clan (the whole extended family live inside the same valley, so "clan" is fairly apt) is off work, keeps them from throwing interventions and have my internet cut off.

I could do with more credits, only got around a 120mil atm, and I signed up for the distant worlds trek so might as well get my pew pew out since I probably won't be back in the bubble until spring/summer, unless I go insane on the other end of Orion's arm and suicide into a blackhole.

Play more than 3 hours a week. Get friendly with empire, buy a type 6, finish to upgrade my cobra.

Only goal I have is collecting more data points for my unfinished list of planetary materials and where to find them.

I want to tidy up my transactions tab this weekend . I must have 10-15 small unclaimed bounties on there. I plan to either jump in the Asp and visit those systems to collect, or..... suicide in a sidie.
