Some thoughts of my own regarding an interdiction which I use on NPCs and it works on real people as well:
Preset a hot key to 75% power. I use the left arrow key as its close to the right side of the KB which is where my stick is.
As soon as the interdiction starts hit that 75% power key which will pull you into the mid point of the blue allowing you more agility and possibly beating the interdiction.
Also, hit the H key it will ID your attacker in the left hand panel, then hit the F10 ( on my machine ) for a screen shot for later. You will also see if he/she is in a wing.
Ok you are in normal space now. Four pips in engines, turbo, then full throttle. If you full throttle after you hit turbo the speed will ramp up faster. I notice in allot of pvp vids, the attacker is running with no shields and a ton of heat sinks since they are using silent running and its very hard to get a target lock when they are like that. So it could be prudent to fight fire with fire. Although just turbo boosting away works as well. Drop chaff and run. Panel 1 up and grab any jump point and align. so you are ready when the FSD cools down.
When you get to the new system jump again, anywhere because if they really want you they will wake scan you. I've been told that mass lock won't affect a jump the same way it affects SC although I can't vouch for that.
If you are being repeatedly pulled out of cruise by one guy you can start your cruise wind up, which the other player will see. Open your #1 panel and hit the space bar at the last second and hopefully your attacker won't notice and will jump into cruise while you stay in normal space. The moment he jumps and you are alone, log out or jump to a new system.
