Now that they nerfed the smuggling missions, I went back to working on my combat rank in a compromised nav beacon. Increased it to 69% (+7). Wonder when they’ll nerf those too.

how heavy of a nerf for the smuggling (rarely did them, i prefer delivery missions)?

also, OT. I'm testing my shiney New Vulture at some Hazerdous REZ at HIP 20277 and loving how the e3g pulse's just tear sideys, addeys, and eagles to bits, also blew up an anaconda that was getting ganked by a wing of 3 cobras......then I promptly blew them to bits also ....flew over to Fabien City and turned in 500k bounty in less than 15 minutes lol

When did they nerf the smuggling missions?
I was running some awesome smuggling missions last night but 2hrs later none popped up. I thought that it was just my luck cause instead of smuggling missions I started getting high paying delivery missions (they don't pay as much but all legal).

Ok. I just realized that I've been doing something wrong. I've been smuggling inside the bubble. My awesome smuggling missions pay out about 1.6mil at the most. After reading the main board I realized that I should have been doing my smuggling around Sothis.

Oh well, my bad.

Now that they nerfed the smuggling missions

i looked around my Elite cmdr's home systems (V886 Centauri, LFT 926, Shinrarta Dezhra) and the BBs i saw there had nothing on them but utter shit - it seems to me the nerf was global and affected every mission type. a case in point was the pirate kill mission for Elite rank that paid out a massive 65k.

after seeing that sort of thing everywhere i looked, i just closed the game. (yeah i know i could RES farm or explore or mine, but that's not the point - i used to enjoy running missions. i still want to run missions but not crap like those.)

wake me if they ever change it back to something decent.

Well not quite what I am doing now, as not managed to get on today. But yesterday I finally got my Imperial Clipper! Which made me the happiest commander ever! Flew it over to Diagaundri for the 20% modules to kit her out. Going to try some Power Play stuff (for the very first time) so she is running a 200t cargo config with big guns to shoot pesky pirates.

Oh and for Cmdr Kharma - Got promoted twice in the Federation Navy while doing Sothis missions. See I secretly don't mind you guys.

I'm rather a fan of Riojas myself, but after a whole bottle, probably not (hell, 3 glasses and I'm "3 sheets to the wind" as they say).

I wish I was that easy to get sloshed. I can get through a bottle and feel "pleasantly tipsy".
