If you find combat mission for The Order of Mobius sure. If not just go to the Conflict Zone [High Intensity] near O'rourke colony, chose The Order of Mobius as a faction and kill all red bleeps in your radar
If you can;t see the The Order of Mobius as a faction you are in the wring CZ. Move to the other one.

Two wars in Exioce and another one when we go up against the ruling faction. When we take over the system it will be scorched earth

I have seen missions for the Order in Azrael (Rafferty's Mobius) that give rewards for kills in the Exioce war, or as Pargy say you can just jump in.

In exioce go to O'Rourke Colony and jump into one of the High Intensity Conflict Zones. Right Panel Functions choose faction Order of Mobius. If that is not an option you need to go to the other High CZ. Watch out its hot in there! Try and wing up before you go in or at least when you get in look for a commander to wing with. Before choosing faction also target Azrael in order to be able to jump out quickly should you be overwhelmed. Good luck commander.

Indeed, once the war ends, the next phase is to do missions for the Order, the war will have given us a good 'leg-up' in the influence stakes. You can also kill ships belonging to the ruling faction (Exioce Allied PLC), and remember do not kill Order ships, and bounties should, where practicable, be handed in in Azrael.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'm a bit new to the game so I only have about 75mil credits in total, my best option would still be a Vulture, right? Or is this money enough to buy and properly equip something bigger?

Yepp, Vulture would be the best option with that money. It's always good to have a bit rebuy money, I would say.
