Bought an Asp. Now I'm on a mission to locate and buy all the necessary equipment to make it a real explorer.

I've kitted out my Python as an explorer and have headed away from the galactic core. Current plan is to see how far out I can get on the galactic plane, to skirt around the outside and then head back in to be in civilized space (i.e. Empire) for Powerplay release. Should earn me a penny or two in exploration data.

bot Vultures in the conflict zone! i've never seen any anywhere else other than in Strong USSs before now, unless they were piloted by CMDRs. but they're only worth 18k apiece.

And thus comes to an end the mission to kit out my Asp. She's now ready for some serious exploring. Although I only have little over 1 mil left on my account so I'm gonna jump back to LTT 420 and collect a bounty or two.

In terms of return on effort, I reckon asps are the best bet. True, you only get 14K but if you're targeting the power plant, they go down really quickly.
