Feel free to add me to your in game friend's list. I've been playing the GC at Kalana the past few days and I've been seeing quite a few commanders around the station while dropping off some evac shelters or basic medicines. Never winged up myself, but I think it works better if you are res hunting or just trading -- not sure whether you can share mission rewards.
