Missed ships

I'l concede the point on the agility.

I was mostly going for the "feel", and there is an x factor in the couriers circular cockpit, the eagle is just a little to angular to feel as fluid.
It just feels good to virtually sit in it and blast out of the mailslot

But that's certainly true for the eagle as well, heck that's fun in a sidewinder

I've gone Sidewinder -> Haulter -> Cobra Mk III -> Type-6 -> Type-7 -> Python -> Type-9 -> Anaconda. Then I had a Diamondback Explorer and Diamond Back Scout on the side.

I now just have the Anaconda and Diamondback Scout - though I really did like the Python to the point I like the sound of having one again as I re-stock the fleet so to speak.

I kept the Diamondback Scout because (a) I love it, (b) it is my combat ship and (c) it leaps around the galaxy with a great jump range, which is always handy.

I went Sidey->Cobra->Type 6->Type 7->Python->Anaconda and since then, I've been flopping around and settled on the Vulture. Maneuverable and powerful. Right where it counts. It's still ugly though.

Yeah I think I should definitely get a diamondback for undermining.

It is the Mazda Miata (MX-5) of the Elite Ships. Sure there are faster, prettier, tougher ships out there, but for sheer fun and cheapness, I will take it every time when I just want to blast around.

But in the meantime, my 230 million cred Python is ready to eat some pirate bounties, at last.

BTW If you want a Python to feel as splitarse as a pylon racer, just spend 2 weeks in a T-9 beforehand

Joystick and throttle are reversed on that one. Sort of explains your cockups trying to land in stations now....

I went back and brought an Eagle just for that, blatting around doing some USS hunting it is great fun! The Eagle is, i think, a much underrated ship. Actually along side the Sidewinder, which i re-brought and a rated with fixed guns, now that makes it entertaining when in a fight!

I love doing USS and RES with an Eagle. Sometimes it is a good fight.. other times your running for you life ^<^.

I've gotten an Anaconda with an Eagle once only because I think the game glitched and it wallowed around not firing at me.
