How do you find stolen goods?

But I keep seeing missions where unfriendly is the only thing marked red in the unavailable missions list and I am friendly with the issuing faction.

Next one I see I will take screenshots and post a bug report.

It might be me seeing the bug - I get missions for unfriendly when I'm allied with the faction

Isn't the relationship status a bit like a numeric scale, where 0 is hostile and 4 is allied, and as long as you meet the minimum requirement you can do the mission? If it requires a rank of "unfriendly" then you can do the mission as long as you're anything other than "hostile".

I read on one of the forum posts that they are looking into changing the language to make it clearer.

i've noticed that these now no longer work as they used to in the 'good old days' - i.e. pre-1.3

before 1.3 you'd have a good chance of finding it in USSes, keep looking and it would eventually show up - even after you'd got your quota filled, you could keep finding it until your hold was full, for some extra black market profit

now, post-1.3, the only things that work that way are things that aren't sold as commodities - ancient artifacts, rebel transmissions, military plans, rare artworks etc. etc.
