Hello Commanders.
My name is CMDR X30 Trucase, signing in from Germany.
I'm playing E: D well over 550 hrs now but only recently learned about this page. I like the idea of a group of people using E: D in a friendly and respected fashion, also towards new gamers and people who want to learn the game dynamics, without getting shot to pieces every two minutes by superior armed players with big ships who like harassing other gamers.
My favourite profession is exploration, I'm 72% Pioneer, so I've almost reached my first elite ranking.
I'm looking forward to meeting people who share the same ideas, exploring E: D in a friendly fashion, discovery ancient and alien sites likewise, and just having a ton of fun with PvE.

I have been on Xbox One ED for the last 7-8 months.

I prefer PVE to PVP.

I mostly fly my Asp Explorer exploring and doing trade missions.
I am also been researching the Guardians and Thargoids

I would like to get into more PVE combat with other players.

Hi people my name is Glen I love playing Elite first started in 1984 and was hocked with my 3 friends and when I heard about Elite Dangerous I got the chance to get the beta so got that for myself and a friend we now play horizon but I can be a quiet person just like doing my own thing but what I don't like is PvP play too many numpties spoiling it for everyone else.

I am disabled so don't work but would like to maybe play in a wing properly sometime I do with my friend when he's on but that maybe once a fortnight if i'm lucky. I haven't tried a faction yet like to be more independent.

Hi. I'm Kultar on the forums and ingame. I've been playing ED since it came out, but I also played the earlier PC and Apple ][ versions when they came out, so I've been at it a while. Since I've been mainly playing as a loner doing trucking, mining and bounty hunting I usually end up hitting the wall of repetitiveness and walking away from the game for a while before I come back again. That also means when I encounter other players in my python I tend to be outnumbered and/or outmatched, probably by an eight-year-old. So yeah, I PVE is for me. I was rather jazzed to discover Mobius.

I have generally been hanging out in the vicinity of Lwen, and working on getting through the engineer stuff that came out a couple patches ago. If you see me hit me up for teaming up on almost anything.

I remember the first time I played Elite on the BBC in 84 and the feeling of awe as my wireframe ship lined up with the station..crunch, scrape, bang, hiss, boom!
I'm still no better at parking in this version but am looking forward to having some fun in a civilised universe with you.
I did try the open world and was quickly ganked before I'd even got the cling film off my canopy.

Already read a few posts and it seems like a great community here which I´d feel honored to become a part of.

Never had problems in the Elite open gameplay so far until that one day...where some idiot with his fancy "I disrupt and scrap your ship configuration" ended my illision ^^

Why Mobius? Well, I like the cooperative space adventure stile, so after a few hops on the www I landed here.

That being said, I´m looking forward to meeting YOU in space!

I go by the name ScavengerFX and I am very new to the game. I've been scraping by doing a few boom runs and I accidently ran out of fuel once (50c rebuy), but I am learning! I would like to be in a more realistic environment than the PvP of open play, which is why I am interested in PvE only. That and I don't have the resources to keep rebuying my ship if I'm being griefed. A sense of community is what I need.

Greetings Commanders!

I'm Angelshark aka Angelshark1979 on PS4. I'm new to ED but with the help of the info I've found on this board, I've made my first million cr and own a Cobra MkIII built for combat and some medium range exploration. All within my first week. I credit you all with my success, and look forward to more.

I prefer PvE because as a 37 yo man, I'm sick of getting picked off by some whiny bored child with faster reflexes than I. That, and killing another player "just because" is, to me, both infantile and unimaginative.

My goals for ED is to make some small impact of the game universe. Be that having my name plastered on a few undiscovered systems, or helping to swing the tide of war somehow, I'd like to leave a footprint of some kind in this universe.

IRL, I am a certified Tobacconist and provide customer service for an online cigar retailer. Kids, don't do drugs. Stay in School. And don't ask me to "hook you up." It's not gonna happen.
