Hi guys,

I've only been playing ED for a couple of weeks and I'm addicted I'm really enjoying it.

I'm very old school, and grown out of pvp , I consider myself an adventurist rather than an explorer, trader or combat specialist. I like to be able to immerse myself in all those modes without having to worry about killjoy players interdicting or killing you just for their own amusement. I'm wise enough to know it's going to happen at sometime or another.

I live in York in the U.K. A semi retired design engineer within the marine industry . I usually play in the afternoon GMT that's when I'm not out metal detecting

I heard of this group in game, thinking it might suit my ethos in ED , I decided to enroll and see where this adventure will take me .

In game, I've only recently upgraded from the sidey to an Adder and have been playing solo to give me a chance to learn the ropes before I join the ranks. Having said that I've probably had more issues from pirates than I would have had from players. I'm currently bunked near a hi res site, trying to earn a few credits to get myself to get up the ladder a bit .
