Greetings all. I've been playing since the early Frontier days and am enjoying this 4th version of the game.
A question for other commanders in Mobius - do you have a recommended starter system to use? I've been using Evarate and it seems fine - but it is probably a ways away from Mobius stuff (Azrael - the Mobius home is about 80 LY). Any favorites (or recommendations against?)

I've been lurking around Eravate as well. Never ventured far from it. But bought a Asp recently as extra ship and went there for a look. It's just 3 jumps then lol.
I don't know but I feel attached to the region around Eravate. Though I mostly hang out in Bhotho doing my mining.

Welcome to Mobius, Commander Zelda C.
Several commanders hang around the Azrael area, including myself. You'd likely run across a hollow blip on your sensors (human commander) more often around here.
Other than that, what area suits you depends on what you want to do in the game. Some areas are better than others for traders, some areas have a lot of RES for the bounty hunters, etc. What is your main 'career path' in the game?

We have our own Discord (voice and text chat) servers for supporters of Mobius, as well as our own Order of Mobius Twitter feed.
