Hey Folks,

Just thought I'd do a quick hello etc, Just joined forum and ED group as getting bored flying on my own. Played Elite since the 80's on the Amstrad CPC464 Version but was too jealous when I tried it on a friends Atari ST so didn't play for long after that

Frontier Elite was just frustrating, can't say anymore about that.

Anyway,

Age - 41,
Location - UK,
Mentality - Yep mental but very friendly,
Ship - Cobra MKIII (prefer it to the MKIV),

Even though been i've playing for around a year there's still a lot I need to learn and nearly always up for a mission as long as I don't lose precious CR!!

Please feel free to add your name to the In game friends list thread, and check out our TeamSpeak servers to easily chat with, and possibly wing up with other commanders.

So is teamspeak the best bet to start running in groups or helping out?

Yup, TS is a great way to find others who are in-game at the time. It can be good for winging up, getting tips, and shooting the breeze.

Ahh cool will set that up later then, how are folks getting on with 2.1 now? I was gutted when they changed the missions as I usually make credits finding escape pods and destroying outpost generators etc...
