When I first went to Sag A*, I didn't go to the Great Annihilator because I thought those were just different names for the same thing. 
I promised to stop by the GH on the way home from the DWE. Oddly enough, it has been the only black hole I've seen since leaving Beagle Point (45,000 LY ago). I also haven't seen any neutron stars, or even any type B suns. But 16 jumps from the GH, I discovered my first Ringed Earth Like World. Here are some pics. 
And here's the Great Annihilator.

can't see one of the letters at the back very well due to the HUD but you get the idea
