NPC "Commander Rich Davis"... WTH???
Ok.... maybe this isn't new, but it's the first time I can remember running across an NPC with "Commander" as part of his name. Note the 'local' chat from commander Rich Davis in my chat window, and his ship info on the bottom left.
It would be confusing as hell if someone was being attacked by an NPC ship with this naming structure!!

Actually aren't all human players tagged "Cmdr?"
I've run across a few NPCs with the Commander title and knew it wasn't a human pilot.
Even if someone put the word Commander in as part of his/her name, the game still adds on the "Cmdr" prefix

This is very true, but you'd be surprised by the number of reports we get from players in the group who it turns out were attacked by an NPC

And with 4 pips in shields the one that did hit looks like it scratched the paintwork......
