Well, Hi.

I'm old. Not real old but, old-ing. Ex-Freelancer lover I've been searching for something comparable since; ED has really done a great job on that. Used to exclusively be a trader now I find myself mostly bounty-hunt'n and my one ship has a total of zero cargo. I currently have two goals, save up for a trading vessel cus I think I need it to progress and get a Sol pass, cus we should all visit home once'n a while. At a loss on rep grinds and that is the next thing I'll be reading up on, after more bounties that is.

I have over 200 hours on it, and my biggest achievement other than climbing the learning curve was getting in on the top 5% of the Dahan Bounty Vouchers to Dahan Gateway netting me a cool +7.5 Mil; bounty hunting, that's perty good.

I am currently bouncing between ED and Minecraft (it's modded so I can save face a LITTLE). I have made some MC videos and posted two ED videos, they are not cool so don't go see them; a "mega" ship encounter and a long distress call.

Hi all

A friend has been after me for quite some time to get Elite. He's been playing since beta and is one of the contributors to the game. I got the game in October, I think, it was on sale on Steam for something like $25.00. Did the install and started off with the training missions. I think I played a total of 4 hour the first month. Docking was impossible, combat was difficult for me and it seemed the game was just another pretty box with some ugly stuff inside

My friend nagged me to actually get into the game as opposed to the training missions and he helped me allot with learning the details of the game and how to fly. Then it took him nearly a month for me to give up my docking computer. lol

We play in our own private group right now and I am hooked. I play 12 to 15 hours a day every day and have logged about 300 hours in the last month or so.

I am combat rank Master, trader rank Merchant and Explorer rank surveyor.

My main combat ship is a Vulture with all the best A class modules. I use and Asp Explorer to mine and trade. I have a Diamondback Explorer for exploration, a Cobra for light cargo missions and an Eagle for just traveling between stations where I keep my ships.

Net worth is a tad below 75 million and the biggest bounty I've had so far was 680,000 cr. I'm a BAD BAD girl

Got the game over the holidays, Have enjoyed the game so far. I am looking to play for enjoyment, not luls or some other stuff. I am not that good of a gamer and would not want my enjoyment to be at the cost of someone else, and am happy to find this group.

Been playing since release of Elite and actually played on Mobius since last June but my play time has been minimal for a few months due to work and RL and a couple of other games but looking to get back into it a bit now.

I have been playing in solo for about a month, and reading the steam forums for info, etc., and I noticed there seem to be alot of players who make it their business to kill lower rated players / ships for no real reason. Therefore I have joined this group because I enjoy playing with other people, but not that kind of people. I hope to see a more enjoyable bunch here.
