I don't count the security patrols, and I don't mess with SSSes. But I've been in plenty of HiRes and HazRes (all through dangerous/deadly up to elite) and the worst I've seen is three deadly Pythons. WTF?

Yeah, at one time. All wanted. Although it wasn’t in RES but in USS. Wings of 8 Sideys are relatively frequent, we may have seen a ten of them in the last few months. But we’ve only seen a couple of wings of 16.

meh, dont know, only had around 11 million in bounties on 2 chars total, But only seen wings of 3, but only spent 2 hours i RES after Horizons.
