Have not tried landing yet, probably a powerpoint slideshow with my gtx 660.

I have a GTX 650 so I am worse than you. I had to turn things down as the default for all the surface stuff was Ultra. Experimented a bit and found Medium was 30-40 for me, so it works. But be warned, when I changed settings on the Planets surface the game told me the changes would take effect on the next loading screen. It won't downgrade on the fly like it does in space. Kinda of a pain.

Took a new multistage mission(fancy name for fetch quest) from raff's. Was doing great until I got to the third and last stage and it told me to deliver basic medicine to Bradshaw Penal Colony at Murus, since the station doesnt exist. Now im doomed to fail a 250k mision. Im singing the patch day blues.

Im only seeing 1 planet, strangely name murus 6 as if there are many planets here. Also the star says unexplored and refuses to be scanned. And even after spending nearly 2k on system data, i still dont have full system data for the system.

Does the system map only have 1 planet shown and a grey line to it from the main star with an X at the end furthest from the star. If so then the system has not been fully discovered. A quick scan with advanced discovery scanner will make the rest appear.
Apologies if you already know this.

I dont think so, even so i dont have a scanner at all, i ditched it for a hangar.

Can't wait to gear up a small lander to launch a Scarab and speed insanely through crevasses in the Imperial Eagle.
Oh well, I forgot I am away until after christmas.

Got an MSI 970 here.....Terrain is on Ultra as is most everything or high and it's fine....

Same here, getting 50ish FPS on the surface on Ultra

There is a slider about terrain (TERRAIN WORK) which was in the middle by default and I got 40-50 fps. Did not try more because it Xmas and I want a new toy

Just done my first surface delivery mission. Going to have to practice approaching moons, came in too hot and dropped out taking damage. Seems my little poor laptop graphics died a death trying to handle the surface texture as well. Was really slow and horrible to try and land.

On the other hand I seem to have acquired a Viper MK IV from no where located at Shinrarta.

I would really hate to get Lady Jayne blown up for no reason. Is this a 1.5 thing or a horizons thing? I tried checking the support forum but can't seem to find the thread.

That's a very good question, one I can't answer at the moment, I saw someone mention it here and others mentioning it on FD forums. I'm thinking they're just limited to people submitting tickets and being vocal about it.
