Commanders, please forgive the wall of text, but here's a proposal for a cooperative effort to finally get at least one hanging theory off the table..
Operation: Biscuit Barrel
Sunday 9th August - 1700hrs BST - Timocani - Mobius - 4+ hours.
Co-operative acquisition of an Unknown Artefact for finite testing, being the deliberate disbursal of a UA to eliminate a theory (sale/destruction) to be decided upon prior to the acquisition itself.
With successful UA acquisitions having cost Bearers anywhere between 60-100hrs of camping time over a matter of weeks, going in mob-handed could very well yield results in a single sitting. Getting a rolling group of up to 16 commanders on the hunt at any one time - given that some will arrive before 1700hrs and others will still be around after 2100hrs - should result in sightings which can be pounced upon by multiple commanders.
