Same with products and services.

That said, I have the X52 Pro, and love it. No issues what so ever.

I'll be going for the x52pro equivalent come Vive/Oculus retail release.

VR, new graphics card, HOTAS... 2016 is going to be expensive... :)

Wich one got the twist as I cant find any info what movements the stick have ?

Roger Wilco Jr wrote:I had a cheaper Saitek and it's the only joystick I remember that broke. It lasted less than a year of actual use. I replaced it with the Logitech and couldn't be happier. Did your Logitech break, or are you just looking for an upgrade? As for throttles, nothing beats the CH Pro Throttle because of the analog thumb joystick for thruster control - imho, of course. If CH made a twist joystick I'd buy one in an instant.

(p.s. I didn't add the links)

The logitech is going to my 5 old son :) he just loves both Elite dangerous and Star Citizen

Talk about sneaky advertising...

I also went with CH kit, that mi I joystick on the throttle really work, and I got pedals for rudder.

If you don't want to go with pedals you could setup up so a buttons to shift roll to rudder.

Yea I cant use peddals need to have it one the joystick

Well, as far as I know the x52's and the Rhino all have twist stick for rudder action, can't say for sure about the whole Saitek range... ;)

Remember to check out the Steam Vive VR before deciding, it's looking tasty as well. :)

I played Eve online about 5 years ago for a grand total of about 30 minutes. I wanted to Fly, not point and click. There are enough Button Mashers out there.

X55 for me now for 9 months or so. Love it. Just a few days ago my throttle was messed up. There was a distinguishable "clunk" feel in the middle of the forward/back axis. Opened up the back of the unit and found that there were two plastic "supports" or something that were broken.

I ended up making the holes of the remaining part of the support a smidgen bigger with my drill and placing a trimmed to length nail (as in wood) that was the same height and head size that the original "supports" used to be. Works like a charm again. Just a word of warning, be gentle on controls when possible and don't yank on the throttle to hard. If it feels too stiff and the tension wheel doesn't help, there is a youtube video of a guy who opens up the back to trim off some of the mollasses like substance used to give the user resistance. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g02dch8aZls). Wanted to see someone else open it up before I did!

Oh, and hello all, first post here.
