Hope this might be useful for some of you, so I decided to share it.

I took a screenshot of each section of all controls in the main menu.
I then converted them from white on black to black writing on white. (much better to see and print out.

I then placed each scr shot in an A4 page in MS Word and printed them out.
I now have 7 double sided pages (printed using duplex on ), big enough to see and write on.
My key bindings are still there, but very faint, so you can alter them to your own in word, or simply print and use a pen.
Very handy to work out your key bindings, and have a written record too.
Especially useful when programming Voice attack. (which is why I needed it).
