I've been in LHS 2541 the last couple of nights running missions for Alliance Combine.

When I left, I was getting strange results. But United LSH 2541 for Equality (independent, democratic) and Alliance Combine (Alliance, lobbyist) were at 39.9%, Civil War, Critical. Five minutes later the civil was wasn't listed, but they were both still at 39.9%, but United LHS for Equality seems to control the system.

Also, the only missions I was getting from Alliance Combine were for murder missions or drug running, which I won't do. Then a bit later, there were no missions available. I don't know, but it seems that Alliance Combine are thugs and the other faction is the good guys. :?

Btw, I got the beta updated and went in, and I was 3000LY from home in my Asp! :o I thought you started in a random system with a sidey. I'm not sure I want to make 100+ jumps, but I would like to check out wings.
It's time to give this another go.

I was getting offered some missions to kill police in the area but turned them down for the same reason.

I too have access to the beta. When I started I was in the exact same place as in 1.1 only about a day behind. I'd already sold my viper before moving to this system while in beta I still had the viper. Otherwise it was the same. Did you play 1.1 beta, I started elsewhere back then but was teleported to within hours of release after updating to 1.2 beta.

Hi Antmax. Yeah, I played a bit in beta 1.1 but got griefed when I went to Dalton. Then it happened again and I quit. I started at an outpost in a Sidey. Then 1.1 was released before I knew it.

I upgraded to 1.2 a few days ago while I was out exploring, but I wanted to get home before checking out the beta. Then, before I even tried it, it upgraded again. And there I was, back out on the rim! I'll try it again and see if I get teleported, but I think it will all be released on Tuesday to everybody, so I''ll probably wait if not.

Btw, I spent some time in Sacramento - I liked to ride bikes along the river. My brother & his family live in Rocklin. Cheers.
It's time to give this another go.

Yeah, I have had a quick look at the new ships. But otherwise I have stuck with release. mostly because the two galaxies are separate so anything you do there doesn't reflect here.

As for Sacramento. It's pretty nice 6-9 months of the year. But the summers are a bit tedious. Those bike trails are one of the best assets here for someone who likes the outdoors. Otherwise it's a good hub to get to all nice places. Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, Napa etc. My wife and I bought a house at an extortionate price to live in a good neighborhood next to the river bike trails and close to downtown.

My wife is having a lay in this morning so trying to steal some time in ED before she wakes up :)

I just made competent after a long stint at novice (spanning several weeks) which feels good.

Almost got my backside whipped by an elite Python. his buddy was trying to take me out from behind. I thought it was a cobra but only a lowly sidewinder with some big weapons that kept taking out my shields. As soon as I realized I finished him but the Python with 100k+ bounty got away.

@Beast Tanner. On the main forums I borrowed one of Mobius Banners and incorporated some of your Jaegers logo into it for my ED forum sig. Want to promote Mobius and like the Jaegers. Was a 5 minute job I pasted below.

Let me know if there is a problem with doing that..

I have upgraded to an Asp. I have a couple of "A" modules but not in the FSD or Power plant yet. 4 multicannons and 2 beams for pirates and a little cargo space for trades while running missions. 2.3 mil in cash so I might take off and do a few rare runs just to pad the account a little but will wait until we push lhs 2541 into civil war.

Hello everybody!

Recovery takes more time than expected, but really good to see people so active. Briefing is still the same.

I will be joining you all this evening for awhile.

@Antmax, the signature looks good. I don't have anything against it. :)

Gentlemen, our efforts to support the rights and freedoms of the Alliance in LHS 2541 have brought things to a head and the system is now in a state of civil war.
