mission board connection

was wondering if anyone else is having an issue where you cant connect to the mission boards and getting stuck during a jump to another system. my internet connection is great so I know that's not it

Both are signs of issues with the FDev servers, they typically happen when a lot of players are on-line. There is not much you can do. You can try to get other servers by quitting to desktop and re-starting the launcher. With a lot of luck, you are assigned to another FD server that is not so busy.

does that apply to solo play as well? because it happens there too

Yup, even in solo mode you are interacting with the FD servers. I typically only see those issues at EU "prime time" when the servers potentially get overloaded.
