Whilst delivering Meds to Rafferty's I notice that there are a couple of debris fields around Rafferty's Paradise, they seem to be persistent.
Took a look in one and there was debris (obviously), a couple of badly scarred anacondas, but nothing else of note.
Anyone know what causes these to appear?

Only ones I have seen were fixtures in combat zones. Figured they were there for the obvious.
