It's ok, you will get there. The Python is an awesome ship. :) By far my favorite interior in the game thus far. Everyone is able to go at their own pace, that is the beauty of this game and this group!

I tried... decided to fit 2 extra cargo spaces instead of fuel scoop....

Rage quit after self destructing with all 300kcredit of my current assets aboard the hauler that ran outta fuel 2 jumps from destination, 1 jump from inhabited system.

Starting over in Eagle is a bitch

safe is a relative term, because you need to fuel scoop to be able to travel that far you are left more vulnerable to interdiction as that close to the sun its hard to avoid it, especially if you are at minimum speed as you get pulled out of SC right away.

then you have to deal with high heat when you try and escape, heat damage is a real possibility in something like a type 6 if its sat at 75% before you even start the jump.

I avoid interdictions while scooping by simply getting close enough to activate, soak in some decent fuel to a point to where my hear peaks at 110%, and then I turn my ass to the sun.

Anyone that attempts to get behind me while I'm scooping either ignites into a small nova of ship components or gets too close and emergency drops at the sun.

I have to give you credit though, that was an epic rage quit...one of the best I have seen in years! :D

The more you pay for your fuel scoop, the better.

I am doing Heike - Bast with my cobra and 40 tons of cargo.
Nets me around 540 profit eacht way.
I am still looking for that a4 class FSD to make the route a little shorter, cause now its around 16 jumps.

Go to the "Juan" system, it will have your upgrade.
