If you are aiming for credits, RES hunting should generally be more effective than CZ's, even if they have a CG attached ... must be very juicy CG rewards to get the credits up enough, I think.

a 15 mil reward is worthwhile (which it will probably give if it passes more tiers) but 3 isn't. and as you say, a RES is a better earner and more fun to boot

i think the fact that this CG 'broke' and then resurrected itself didn't do it any favours, i'd already said goodbye to it once and so it was easier to do it the second time around. and the 28,000Ls travel to the outpost wasn't an enticement. if it's my combat rank i want to improve, there's CZs much closer to home i can use

the Vulture i custom built for the CG was pretty damn good though, i made screenshots of the config and will make another like it for use at home

Normally planets will orbit a star, but in some cases they orbit nothing, or it is a gravity point between two stars that the planet orbits. In some systems, a planets will orbit a black hole.

A black hole is what I never found on my trip exploring.

Last night I was really unmotivated. I hit the Quivira CZ and killed a few ships. Made a half million, cashed in and went back.

Then I almost got destroyed when I was taking on an Anaconda and was alone, so a few other ships targeted me. At one point there were at least 5 ships flashing at me. Again, watch for small packs of Eagles and vipers. They can be deadly. Was down to 35% when I jumped out.

That's when I decided to park up for the night. Still in the top 5% with almost 6 million handed in. This CG is starting to drag out way to long.

I see that some star systems say they are discovered by players. I'm trying to find a undiscovered one so that my name appears but I can't find any.
