Got my Federal Gunship finally, this concludes the first part of my ship collection making this No.17 in the hangar. Still more ships to collect, but my interest for the rest of them is much less. My next goals are the Elite ranks for Trade and Combat, the Exploration rank will be the last one for me as I'm not much for flying outside the bubble.

Today I have had my ship destroyed twice.

Last night I traveled 170ly in my FAS for a wing, figured I could take a faster way back by means of a u-haul.

Well that didn't work.
As soon as I jump into my home system I get interdicted by a PP npc. As I'm a non shielded stripped down hauler that ends in the predictable manner.
Inow a rebuy screen.
Second attempt I get interdicted hallways there but evades it. Only to get killed again in my home system...
Third time I figured I should have just gone with the FAS to begin with.
This time, no interdictions. .

Now you've got me worried about heading back into the bubble with 3 months of exploration data.

So why couldn't you just run away? And if you submit & have no cargo, do the pirates still blow you away? Shows how long it's been since I submitted w/o any cargo.

Only reason this happens is because I'm pledged with lavigny for the bounty bonus.
And the game then whenever it feels like it sends npc's after you usually about your own combat rank.
I'm currently 70% Deadly.
The pp npc's behave like rabid fourteen year olds, it's all "KILL KILL KILL".

So a gung-ho eagle npc with rails and plasma accelerator vs my un shielded, D rated hauler (and yes they target subsystems).

Yeah I was dead before my FSD cooldown had passed, and yes I submitted.
This would of course never happen if you aren't in power play so I wouldn't worry about it.
Hardly happen since too, and always when I'm in one of my least combat capable ships.
Like my third attempt, when I just took the FAS. no interdictions then..

I had several nice wings and made good amount of money bounty hunting. There sure seemed to be lot of Commanders in Gende today.

I jumped back into a Cobra. Travelled to Azrael and am making a crust doing smuggling missions (and delivering "biowaste" on the return journey.)

Just had a mission time out.....Even though it had 3 hours to go....

Planetary SAR alias "One of our pilots is missing"? Had one of them fail despite 12+ hours left immediately after accepting and closing the BB. Still fun, and usefull for gaining rep with the local factions.

Made a trek to LHS 20 to pick up and outfit my new Federal Assault Ship. Tomorrow I'll probably be making the trip back to Gende to put her through the paces in the haz RES there

My FAS is named Valkyrie too
