as soon as the group admins are available all cmdrs we have evidence for will be removed, its a difficult task though as there are no search tools so they have to each go through a list of 11,000 names to find one or two.

Just got pulled out by an anaconda, (high waked away in time).
I won't say any names. but did see a FDL, and the anaconda was in a wing.
(What they keep saying in a PM or Open chat:
"This system under imperial blockade. 13th legion hunts Fed Supporters wherever they hide!"

cmdrs are advised to go solo while we sort this out, names are redacted to ensure each report is not influenced by those before it.

The morotorium on naming names should be lifted so that members can at least know what they are dealing with, until FD give our admins the tools to search and find these people quickly. This idea of hiding them just means that more players get attacked.

The real problem is that once a person is publicly accused of something, it is out there and you cannot take it back. Even with the biggest "correction announcement" you will not reach the same audience that read the first accusations.

So if we allow name and shame, we open a whole new box there.

Also, and in the case of online game trolls even more importantly, naming and shaming would be the one thing the trolls want. They want recognition no matter what. Meaning if they are named in any context, even the most negative ones, they are happy.
(Just listen to the Lave Radio interview with [redacted ] and me again, you will understand the true motive for their actions: Attention, no matter how.)

They are, before all, attention whores. So attention is the one thing we will not give them.
