Federal Assault Ship

I know not everything is set in stone yet, but I am looking forward to this ship if everything stays as is. It is not often I have an NPC drop even a single shield ring off of my Python so I think I will be able to easily handle having weaker shields if the maneuverability is what it should be.

I built a bit of a test setup in coriolis for you guys and gals to look over. Input is always appreciated so let me know what you think or what you would do differently.
