Lower bounties since Power Play?

An update (in case anyone still reads these )

Last night I managed another large spawn, 8 mill and a few more % on my rank. I then wing'd up with Boxcar and we probably reset 15 times, and I did several times solo as well... small ships. Some started with a Python or Clipper, but only 1 then all small ships. We had 1 semi-decent spawn with large ships but it ended up switching to small ships after a bit. Overall I still made a few million even while in a wing, though constantly resetting gets boring after a while. We probably should have tried the regular RES or low intensity, I haven't really been hitting those much since they added the high intensity so I don't know how they are.

I had success in a medium sec RES just now -- 800k in about 20 minutes, primarily from pythons and couriers with 100k+ bounties.

I'm finding that spans shift following sitting motionless for a few seconds. This is only anecdotal, and will need some experimentation ... I'll update as I continue to test the theory.
